We’re knee-deep in fall, enjoying the last of the glorious colors- my favorite time of year. I say that, but the truth is, my favorite season is always the one that’s coming up, including, and in many ways especially, winter. These two pieces are illustrations from The Pine Child, a book I recently illustrated and that is available right now. The first one is Autumn, the second one, Winter. Don’t they look just as those seasons feel? I love how they turned out.
