Sometimes I write stuff.
Articles, reviews, humor pieces, serious pieces, scripts, fiction, ad copy, obituaries, sketches - I’ve even graffitied a few bridges.
Here’s a picture of me, not writing, which is a huge part of my writing process.
Not really, I’m afraid of heights. I’ve written for the Chicago Tribune, Newsweek, Writer’s Digest, Humor Press and various and sundry other publications, websites and production companies.
Writer’s Digest once awarded me first place in their annual writing competition but every time I bring that up, I’m reminded my brother won an Emmy.
I also wrote a book!
A fun book, a romantic comedy, the kind that you take to the beach, or stick in your purse so you have something to read while you wait for your appointment to start, or leave next to your bed so you can go to bed early because you have to find out what happens next, and it’s going to be published soon. Stay tuned.
Here are links to a select few of my favorite pieces from years past-
I’ve got gobs, but putting them all on this site would be a mess- if you’re interested in seeing more, just let me know- I’m always happy to share.
